At my desk
I would love to have a tidy workspace, however the effort to 1. create it and 2. maintain it is almost too much for me to bear. Shopping with having that space in mind is much more fun.

For the Boys, Take Two
As Peacocks Hat mentioned on my last post, everything was a little on the pricey side. I suppose that's why I put them in the Gimme Gimme Gimme category, because they're more aspirational than anything. So I've put together another (equally covetable!) version that is a lot more appealing to me, and hopefully you, pricewise!

Dylon: White fabric paint
John Lewis: Bow tie

Secret Garden

I spotted this on Daily Candy this morning and thought it was such a cute idea that I had to blog about it.
I'm not a greenfingered person at all, many an Ikea pot plant has perished at my hands but I think I could manage these little desktop gardens (you can't kill cress can you?!).

2. Paul Smith: Floral wedge

The colour with no name

Sonia and Robert Delaunay often used it within their work, as does David Hockney and although I can spot it on the colour wheel I'm still clueless as to what it's actually called!

Vivienne Westwood: Anglomania dress
Priestly's Vintage: Deb hat
Holly Fulton: Deco necklace
Dries Van Noten: Fall 2010 ready to wear

Bowtiful
When ever I see bows I am always reminded of Clara Bow, the silent film actress and original "It Girl" of the twenties. Her life story isn't as cheering as the bowtiful bows below but intriguing nonetheless. I'm thinking a flapper fashion post is called for very soon!
Marc by Marc Jacobs: Linda bow embellished clutch
Bena: Mirrored perspex bow brooch
